Science Fiction on Television

It's true that, for most people, most of the memorable moments watching science fiction derive not from the spectacular visuals from the movie screen, but from the clever tales told on the small screen.  The big-screen blockbusters are etched into our collective memories, yes, but it was the hours of weekly adventures that were far more personal, those moments embedded in our minds to create some of our most treasured memories.

But as time passes our memories fade, until we scarcely  remember the thrills of watching an actor in silver paint portray a threatening traveler from outer space.  This is why we're here, isn't it?  To help us all remember?
