it sucks. cancer sucks. it takes too many lives including that of my mom. with all of the advances we have made in the medical field cancer should be cured. i wonder if the drug companies feel the same way. just found out one of the drugs given to my mom she should not have been given. it hastened her death.

Thanks for finding and sharing that. So sad. Cancer is the worst.

Dang, I didn't find out about this until last night.

He was a good guy. Brought out the best in people. He'll be missed.

Kind of an old thread, but Richard was included in the end of year clip of people we lost in 2017 tonight, and I'm still sad about it. Just seeing his face reminded me of all the time and energy that was spent with this show and with this franchise. And yet more Babylon 5 people left us this year as well (Stephen Furst). In Richard's case, I admire his dedication to multiple lost causes (even the ones maybe he shouldn't have fought). He punched above his professional weight.

It's the one year anniversary of Richard's death and this is still the top topic of our little family forum. I think he would have liked that.

I would've liked to have met him once before his passing.
