In the event anyone here has not heard, DeBeers has recently settled a class action suit for "conspiring to fix, raise and control the price of gem diamonds, monopolized the rough gem diamond market, and issued false and misleading advertising".
If you have purchased ANY diamonds or diamond jewelry between January 1, 1994 and March 31, 2006, you're probably entitled to a portion of this settlement ($295 million).
I know that a few of you have probably gotten married somewhere in that timeframe, and you may have purchased engagement rings or other jewelry for your wives and girlfriends.
I filed my claim online at:

It doesn't take but a few minutes to file online, and you have nothing to lose if you have a legitimate claim.
I'm starting to love these class action suits. This is the sixth one in the past few years in which I have filed a claim, and it's nice to get a $20, $50 or $100 check in the mail when you're not expecting it. This should be my biggest check yet.
