I only saw the first 2 eras of SuperFriends, but I hated that show....

I thought that the animation was of extremely poor quality for the day, even though Hanna-Barbera was responsible for it. I thought that Filmation had a much better handle where DC Comics super heroes were concerned.

I remember what the show looked and sounded like, even though it's been decades since I saw it last. It makes me shudder thinking about it.

No 'Wonder Twin Powers, activate!' and I thought Wendy, et al, were just as annoying!

Boy does this ever bring back memories of when every kid in school couldn't wait for Saturday morning. It was the only time for the most part that we got to see cartoons unless it was a special time like Christmas or Halloween and then we got to see cartoons and specials in prime time.

Made one appreciate them a lot more. Today a kid can see a cartoon anytime of the day and there are no missing thumbs. lol

I picked #2 because it was when I was a kid and never missed an episode.

True, the animation wasn't very good, but I enjoyed it through all of its phases, except for the Wonder Twins' parts. I voted for the last period because some of the stories were better.

I was a Wendy and Marvin guy. But, those are painful to watch today...

I like the later versions with Firestorm and Darkseid. That was my first exposure to those characters.

The Galactic Guardians season-I found the portrayal of Bizarro funny as hell.

I voted for the Wndy & Marvin era simply because it was, to my knowledge, the first animated appearance of the Emerald Archer GREEN ARROW.

I LOVE the SuperFriends!!! My favorites are the ones with Wendy, Marvin and Wonder Dog. I saw these episodes in their original first run on tv back in the early 70's. The theme music and opening video is the BEST!!! Also, I love the Legion of Doom episodes, of course.
