This new email system falls into the category of pissing me off. So far it sucks. I get a bunch of junk mail and whenever I try to check the boxes to delete all the spam the boxes are so small I ended up accidentally clicking on the email often.

It looks like Comcast farmed out the email to someone else or is using someone else's software. So far this isn't an improvement.

Dude, just use an email client, and grab the mail off the server.

Comcast SUCKS! I am in the process of switching to another service provider because I have had it with Comcast. When they bought out Insight and switched my business account to Comcast, the knuckleheads at Comcast gave me a residential account for my business. With the volume of email the business receives daily, I have to go to the webmail once a day to delete email or my mailbox becomes full. I can't set it up to delete automatically because I have three computers at different locations that receive from the one email address.

I feel so sorry for the customer service reps at Comcast, because they're redshirts. They're the sacrificial lambs served up to the angry customers. They have no clue what they're doing, and no authority to do anything.

Did I mention that HATE Comcast.
