My son just started blowing razzies into his hands one day last week. He covers most of his face and peeks out between his fingers sometimes. He's still giving himself the giggles doing that about once a day. He's really into toys that vibrate (electric toothbrushes, toy hairdryers and such), so it isn't a big leap that he'd find a way to get that sensation from his own cheeks vibrating. He's a funny kid too. :D He also gets a kick out of hiding under his beanbag chair. He stretches it out so all you see is a wiggling beanbag. Too funny.
